หมายเหตุ: เนื้อหาสาธารณะบนแพลตฟอร์ม Meta เช่น คอมเมนต์ที่คุณโพสต์ใต้โพสต์ของเรา คุณสามารถลบเองได้โดยตรงบน Facebook หรือ Instagram และข้อมูลในส่วนนั้นอยู่ภายใต้ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ Meta ด้วย
ในบางกรณีเราอาจต้องเก็บข้อมูลบางส่วนต่อไปเท่าที่กฎหมายไทยกำหนด เช่น เอกสารทางบัญชีหรือภาษี ซึ่งกฎหมายไทยกำหนดให้เก็บโดยทั่วไป ไม่เกิน 5 ปี (หรือระยะเวลาตามที่กฎหมายเฉพาะกำหนด) หรือข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการก่อตั้งสิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมายหรือการปฏิบัติตามภาระผูกพันทางกฎหมาย เมื่อพ้นระยะเวลาดังกล่าว ข้อมูลส่วนที่เหลือทั้งหมดจะถูกลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้

Once we have verified your identity, we will delete your data within 30 days (a self-imposed target for clarity — the PDPA requires action "within a reasonable period") and confirm completion back to the channel you used to reach us.
Note: public content on the Meta platform — such as a comment you posted under one of our posts — can also be removed by you directly on Facebook or Instagram, and that data is additionally governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
In limited cases we may need to retain certain records as required by Thai law — for example, accounting or tax documents, which Thai law generally requires to be kept for up to 5 years (or the period set by the applicable specific law) — or data needed to establish a legal claim or meet a legal obligation. After that period, all remaining personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
