vein (“vein”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a healthcare-staffing marketplace in Thailand that connects healthcare providers (such as medical doctors, registered nurses, and practical nurses) with healthcare facilities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data, and the rights available to you.
We operate in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (the “PDPA”) and applicable laws. By using our website, application, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

vein operates its own Facebook Page and Instagram account to communicate and share knowledge about Thai healthcare-workforce careers and the staffing market. We use the Meta Graph API, via our internal application “vein-content-engine,” to:
Clear scope: vein does not access third parties’ private data and does not post to any third-party pages or accounts. We access only vein’s own Page and account. Processing on the Meta platform is also governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Scope of the vein-content-engine app specifically: the Meta app named “vein-content-engine” (App ID 2248169949261695) only publishes posts to vein's own Facebook Page / Instagram account and reads engagement on vein's own posts, via the five permissions listed below. This app does not collect the professional-license details, license numbers, identification numbers, or facility-registration documents described in Section 3 — that data is collected and processed through the separate vein.md marketplace product, not through this Meta app. This is a single org-wide policy that covers both systems.
If you comment on or interact with vein’s posts on Facebook or Instagram, the publicly visible information (such as your account name and comment text) is controlled by Meta under its platform policies. Please also refer to your own Meta account privacy settings.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy and as required by applicable limitation periods and legal obligations. After that, we will delete, destroy, or anonymize the data. You may request deletion as described in Section 11 and at https://vein.md/data-deletion.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access controls, least-privilege restrictions, access logging, and periodic security reviews. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
